Te explicaré con 2 herramientas gratuitas para que puedas crear tu horario de forma personalizada, además te compartiré 6 plantillas editables para que en poco minutos puedas diseñar e imprimir tu propio horario de clases.
Además, te enseñaré como desplegarlo fácilmente, compartirlo con tus estudiantes de forma virtual o enviando un link a tus estudiantes, compañeros de clases o con otro maestro para que también pueda crear su horario de clases partiendo de tus plantillas.
De regreso a clases, docentes, estudiantes y comunidad educativa en general, requieren de organizar su tiempo y las actividades de las diferentes asignaturas y nada mejor que hacerlo mediante un horario totalmente diseñado a nuestro agrado con un estilo propio.

Veamos como hacerlo mediante la primera herramienta que utilizaremos.
Paso para crear un horario de clases personalizado en CANVA.
Es tutorial de como crear horario de clases, puede hacerse con una cuenta gratuita de Canva o con la versión de Canva Pro educación.
Paso 1:
El primer paso es ingresar a canva.com con nuestro cuenta de usuario, si aun no tienes una cuenta en Canva, puedes ver este vídeo que explica como crear una cuenta.
Una vez dentro de la herramienta, vamos a pulsar en diseño y escribirnos horario para seleccionar horario escolar.
Esto nos abrirá un lienzo en blanco para empezar a diseñar nuestro propio horario personalizado. Justo en la parte izquierda Canva nos ofrece muchas plantillas prediseñadas de horarios de clases, se puede seleccionar uno y empezar a editar, agregar elementos, fondos, textos y demás, sin embargo, en este articulo vamos a crear uno desde cero.
Paso 2:
Lo siguiente que haremos es ir a elementos en la parte izquierda en Canva, y bajar hasta tablas y clic en ver todo. Voy a seleccionar la de color azul, clic sobre la table de nuestro agrado. La tabla se inserta en el lienzo.
Paso 3:
Al colocar el puntero sobre la tabla en la primera columna, nos aparece un pequeño circulo con el signo de más, esto nos va a permitir agregar columnas, lo mismo sucede si lo hacemos del lado de las filas. En este punto vamos a añadir la cantidad de columnas y filas que necesitamos para nuestro horario.
Para ver un ejemplo, te comparto la primera plantilla editable de horario para tus clases con un diseño de los Minions
Paso 4:
Luego de agregar las columnas y filas es momento de agregar los datos, horas, días, asignaturas y demás.
Al terminar de insertar los datos, pasamos a personalizar la tabla, para eso al pulsar sobre la tabla aparecen 3 puntos en parte superior para la parte de las columnas y otro para la parte de las filas.
Al pulsar sobre los puntos en la parte de las filas, se desglosa un menú con varias opciones, vamos a pulsar en Ajustar el tamaño de las filas al contenido, esto nos va a permitir poner las filas más pequeñas, muy interesante si tenemos un horario con muchas horas o actividades.
Paso 5:
Al terminar de personalizar la tabla, vamos a pulsar en elementos y luego en líneas y formas, ver y seleccionar la figura de cuadrado para crear un fondo a la tabla para resaltarla un poco. En la esquina del cuadrado arrastramos hasta arropar toda la tabla y justo arriba pulsamos donde dice Posición y pulsamos atrás hasta lograr que quede debajo de la tabla.
Paso 6:
Ahora nos queda personalizar el horario con el estilo de nuestro agrado, pulsamos en elemento y escribimos una palabra clave en Canva para encontrar imágenes o diseños gráficos para el diseño del horario de clases.
Yo voy a escribir Minions e insertaré varios elementos y haré lo mismo para colocarlo justo debajo de la tabla y del cuadrado.
Listo de esa forma puedes crear un horario en poco tiempo utilizando la herramienta Canva.
