Si ya se que en YouTube hay muchos videos que explican cómo comprar por internet, es por eso que he creado este articulo para enseñarte todo lo que debes hacer para comprar tu primer producto en Amazon.
Para eso, te voy a enseñar a como realizar la compra de un producto y veremos cómo recibir ese producto en tus manos.
Sin salir de este post, te voy a enseñar a crear tu cuenta en aduana o RUA, registrarte en un Courier, crear una cuenta en Amazon, agregar tu tarjeta en Amazon, agregar dirección para recibir los paquetes o compras y realizaremos el proceso de compra de un producto hasta recibirlo en tus manos.
De seguro que no aprovechaste las ofertas del viernes negro por no saber comprar por internet, o no compraste para navidad o día de reyes por el temor de colocar tu tarjeta en un sitio web, pero hoy TODO eso quedara atrás.
Aunque hay varias plataformas para comprar en internet, nosotros vamos a utilizar Amazon.
Amazon es una de las plataformas de compras en línea más populares, confiables y seguras del mundo y ofrece una amplia variedad de productos a precios competitivos. Comprar en Amazon desde República Dominicana es bastante fácil y pienso que estos pasos funcionan para la mayoría de países.
Como es la primera vez que compras en internet, deberás realizar algunos pasos que solo se hacen una vez y ya luego todo queda listo para hacerlo más fácil.
Sugerencia previo a comprar en Amazon:
A continuación, te sugiero tener la siguiente lista antes de comprar por internet en Amazon por primer vez.
- Necesitarás una computadora o dispositivo móvil con acceso a Internet.
- Una dirección de correo electrónico válida.
- Una tarjeta de crédito o débito o una cuenta de Paypal.
- Tu número de celular.
- Te recomiendo tener a mano papel y lápiz para anotar todos los pasos y algunos datos importantes. (clip hojas en blanco y lapicero anotando)
Paso 1: Pasos registrarse en aduna o RUA
Lo primero que debes hacer es crear una cuenta en RUA.
La RUA es el registro único aduanero que va a definir si compramos de forma individual o comercial y que nos va a permitir hacer uso de un Courier de forma más eficiente, puesto que en aduana se agiliza el proceso de validación de los productos comprados.
Este registro se realiza solo una vez, es decir que cuando usted vuelva comprar no tendrá que volver a registrarse.
Este es el link de aduana para que conozcas más acerca de RUA: https://www.aduanas.gob.do/de-interes/consultas/registro-courier/
Vamos a escribir RUA en Google y aquí nos indica que es un registro de usuario en Courier y justo no dice que es una iniciativa de dirección general de aduana para salvaguardar los derechos de los compradores.
Aquí solo hay que llenar el formulario y conformar un correo electronico que envían y listo.
Te explico esta parte de como registrarte en RUA en un vídeo:
Paso 2: Pasos registrarse en un Courier
A continuación, te muestro como crear una cuenta en BM-CARGO
El siguiente paso es crear una cuenta en un COURIER, el cual nos ofrece el servicio de transporte de nuestras compras.
Un Courier es una empresa que se encarga del envío de todo tipo de paquetes. Es tipo de empresa tienen almacenes en varios países para recibir nuestras compras o envío y luego hacen todo el proceso para hacerlo llegar a su destino.
Esto nos va permitir comprar en Amazon u otra plataforma y el courier se encargará de llevarlo a la puerta de nuestra casa. Además, este tipo de empresa son especialistas en garantizar que el producto llegue de forma correcta y ofrecen una herramienta para darle seguimiento en línea a nuestras compras.
En resumen, un curier es una empresa de mensajería que se encarga de llevar tus paquetes a tu domicilio. Hay varias opciones disponibles en República Dominicana, como DHL, FedEx, UPS y otros.
El courier que proponemos en esta masterclass es BM-CARGO, pero si usted conoce o considera otro, puedo utilizarlo.
Para crear una cuenta en BM-CARGO simplemente ingresamos a Google y escribimos BM-CARGO.
Llenamos el formulario de registro y listo, ya obtendremos una membresía en un Courier.
Recuerda que te dije que tenga a mano un papel y lapiz, vamos a anotar el usuario y contraseña de BM-CARGO, puesto que en el siguiente paso lo vamos a necesitar para crear la cuenta en amazon.

Paso 3: Pasos para registrarse en Amazon
A continuación, crearemos una cuenta en Amazon.
Antes de poder comprar en Amazon, primero debes registrarte en la plataforma. Puedes hacerlo ingresando a la página de inicio de Amazon y haciendo clic en «Crea una cuenta» o «Inicia sesión». A continuación, se te pedirá que ingreses tu información personal, como tu nombre, correo electrónico y contraseña. Una vez que hayas ingresado esta información, Amazon te enviará un correo electrónico de confirmación para verificar tu cuenta.

Paso 4: Pasos para agregar una dirección en Amazon
Luego de crear una cuenta en Amazon, es el momento de agregar una dirección y un método de pago,
Ya casi estamos comprando nuestro producto.
Una vez que hayas registrado tu cuenta de Amazon, es importante agregar tu dirección y tarjeta de crédito para que puedas comprar productos. Para agregar tu dirección, ve a la página de configuración de tu cuenta y haga clic en «Agregar dirección». A continuación, ingresa tu dirección y haz clic en «Guardar». Para agregar tu tarjeta de crédito, ve a la página de configuración de tu cuenta y haga clic en «Agregar tarjeta de crédito». A continuación, ingresa la información de tu tarjeta y haz clic en «Guardar».

Paso 5: Agregar tarjeta de crédito en Amazon
Ahora vamos a realizar el último paso antes de comprar.
Para eso debemos elegir un método de pago en Amazon, que puede ser con tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta de debido o mediante PayPal.
En este caso vamos a utilizar tarjeta de crédito, sin embargo el proceso es prácticamente el mismo con tarjeta de debito. Si desea ver como hacerlo con PayPal, puede escribir un comentario y hacemos u tutorial.

Paso 6: ¿Cómo comprar productos en Amazon?
Ya tenemos todo listo para empezar a comprar en Amazon, si si puedes dejar tus nervios? pues lo haremos super fácil.
Una vez que hayas agregado tu dirección y tarjeta de crédito, estás listo para comprar productos en Amazon. Puedes buscar productos en la barra de búsqueda en la parte superior de la página, o navegar por las categorías de productos en la barra de navegación. Una vez que hayas encontrado un producto que desees comprar, haz clic en «Añadir al carrito» y luego en «Comprar ahora». A continuación, se te pedirá que selecciones tu dirección de envío y tarjeta de crédito. Haz clic en «Continuar» para completar tu compra., mejor te lo muestro en la práctica.
Hasta el momento he explicado todo desde el computador y ahora vamos a pasar a usar el celular para realizar la compra para que veas que puede hacerlo con tu celular.
Lo primero es escribir Amazon en Google e ingresamos a amazon.com y aquí esta la mejor plataforma para comprar, bueno ya luego ustedes dirán cual es la mejor para ustedes.
Vamos a iniciar sesión con nuestra cuenta, esos datos los tenemos anotados en el papel.
Luego de iniciar sesión, podemos empezar a buscar productos.
Recomendación a tomar en cuenta previo a comprar en AMAZON:
Aquí hay varias recomendaciones a tomar en cuenta y muy importantes recomendaciones al comprar productos en Amazon:
1- Verifica el precio: asegúrate de que el precio del producto que estás comprando sea competitivo en comparación con otros vendedores.
2- Revisa las reseñas: tanto del producto como del vendedor. Lee las reseñas de los compradores anteriores para tener una idea de la calidad del producto y si cumple con tus expectativas.
3- Verifica la disponibilidad: asegúrate de que el producto esté disponible para ser enviado a tu ubicación y que haya suficientes en stock para satisfacer tu pedido.
4 -Revisa los términos de envío y devolución: asegúrate de entender cómo funcionan los envíos y devoluciones antes de realizar tu compra.

Yo quiero comprar un forro para proteger un celular Samsun A 70, voy a elegir uno en especifico porque tengo un amigo que tiene ese forro y protege muy bien. En este punto quiero resaltar que debe primero investigar muy bien lo que desea comprar además de las recomendaciones anteriores.
Voy a buscar el producto por su marca y ya he investigado el precio y todo con el producto, ya solo me faltaría ver la reseña del vendedor.
Paso 7: Seguimiento al paquete en Amazon y NM-CARGO
Una vez que hayas comprado un producto en Amazon, puedes seguir el estado de tu pedido en la página de «Mis pedidos». Aquí, podrás ver el estado de tu pedido, así como el número de seguimiento del paquete. También podrás ver la fecha estimada de entrega y cualquier información adicional sobre tu pedido.

Una vez que tu paquete haya sido enviado, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación con el número de seguimiento. Puedes usar este número para seguir el estado de tu paquete en la página web del courier. Una vez que tu paquete llegue a tu ciudad, recibirás una notificación de que está disponible para ser recogido.
