La evaluación juega un rol muy importante en la promoción de mejores niveles de aprendizaje porque permite monitorear qué y cuánto saben los estudiantes, información que luego es fundamental para tomar decisiones basadas en evidencia. Por ejemplo, los docentes pueden tomar decisiones sobre cómo planificar sus clases, de modo que respondan mejor a las necesidades de aprendizaje de sus estudiantes.
Dada la importancia de la evaluación para la mejora de la calidad educativa, al inicio de cada año escolar, los docentes realizan una evaluaciones diagnosticas de todos los grados, con el propósito de tener un punto de partida y un mejor enfoque de como deben planificar partiendo lo observado.
Antes de continuar, vamos a ver en que consiste la evaluación diagnosticas:
La evaluación diagnosticas: tiene como objetivo principal recolectar y documentar informaciones necesarias que pueden valorar el nivel de desarrollo de competencias, habilidades y conocimientos que adquirió el estudiante. Es aplicada al inicio de cualquier formación, en este caso será al inicio del año escolar 2019-2020 en todas las escuelas de República Dominicana.
Es por eso, que hemos creado todas las evaluaciones diagnosticas de los diferentes grados del Nivel Primario, con el objetivo de que los docentes puedan tener un documento como punto de partida para crear sus propias evaluaciones.
