Hoy daremos algunas sugerencias para la entrevista, la cual tiene una puntuación máxima de 10 puntos…
Luego de haber pasado, la Prueba de conocimientos, nos resta la entrevista, en la cual se valoran las habilidades comunicativas y de gestión relativas al puesto sometido a concurso.
En este post trataremos: como prepararte para le entrevista y pautas para sacar la máxima puntuación..,
Vamos a iniciar con 3 sugerencias para la preparación en casa:
1) La primera impresión vale mucho: Antes de salir de casa, verifica que va vestido de manera formal, y que el atuendo va acorde con el puesto al que está postulando. Evita ponerte ropa que llamen mucho la atención.
2) Puntualidad: Debe ser puntual, si la entrevista inicia a las 9, llega 10 minutos antes.
3) Ensayar: Debes imaginarte posibles preguntas y trata de darles respuestas.
Ahora vamos a ver 5 sugerencias de como debe ser su comportamiento durante el desarrollo de la entrevista:
1) Forma de saludar: es necesario que salude con un apretón de mano, no tan fuerte pero que el entrevistador sienta que lo está saludando, y al mismo tiempo mirándolo a los ojos, y con una gran sonrisa.
Puede usar un saludo como, Buenas tardes, señor o señora.
Esto unido a una vestimenta formal, posiblemente crearan una buena impresión…
2) Sentarte: Espera a que el entrevistador te indique sentarte.
3) Postura corporal: Siéntate derecho, y trata de mantener esa postura durante el desarrollo de la entrevista; pues moverte mucho en la silla, cruzar los brazos, poner los codos en la mesa del entrevistar, harán que parezca que está nervioso o nerviosa.
4) Respuesta: Trata de responder solo lo que te pregunten, sin abundar mucho, y que las respuestas deben estar orientada al ámbito laboral y al puesto que desea ocupar; siempre de forma directa y honesta, demuestra al entrevistador, tus mayores fortalezas en el campo de tu interés. Además, que eres una persona motivada y proactiva.
5) Distracciones: Trata de no crear distracciones, en caso de llevar celular asegúrate de apagarlo o ponerlo en silencio.
Y por último, te ofrecemos algunas posibles preguntas que pueden hacerte en la entrevista, tomando en cuenta que las mismas son genéricas y no incluyen las del área…
